In addition to providing a concept that specifies your exact requirements are two alternate exterior material options using the same floor plan.
Free ‘Rough Framing & Rough Carpentry‘ Cost Estimate and Materials List with purchase of each custom design, that lists and calculates all materials to be used and its cost, estimate material wastage, mark-up, and labor cost specific to project location.
Having a cost estimate and materials list included with your house plans will save time and money. *Note: cost estimate and materials list are available upon request. Complete Construction Cost Estimates, Independant of design are also available.
