- FLOOR PLAN (with MEANS of EGRESS and ADA Requirements)
- STREET ELEVATION and ARCHITECTURAL RENDERING
- COORDINATION WITH DESIGN TEAM
Note: Design Phase consists of as many schematics as required to arrive at a satisfactory design solution.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS CONSIST OF:
- SITE PLAN or PLOT PLAN (with) Low Impact Design (LID) Requirements.
- WALL SECTIONS
- FOUNDATION PLAN (Coordination with Structural Engineer)
- FLOOR PLAN (Noted Floor Plan)
- WALL FRAMING PLAN (Dimensioned Floor Plan)
